He appears to recover completely, but shortly after the incidence he's starting to get terrifying visions of horrific murders. At first Hatch is convinced that he’s the perpetrator, but after a while it turns out that he is somehow psychically linked to a deranged killer who stalks young women. Not only does he share the feelings of and visions of the killer, he can also sense the identity of his future victims.
